Apartment well located, quiet place, clean and organized environment. Regarding the location, there are a lot of things nearby and the place is easy to travel to other regions of SP. Ideal for work.
Very good studio to spend a few nights. It has all the necessary items for a short period. Kitchen with useful items. I really like that they provide a water purification filter in the studio. Helps you save on purchasing water. This is the second time I stayed in this studio building. I recommend.
There were mold stains on the bathroom ceiling, probably due to a leak from the upper studio.
